In Boracay there are a lot of places to see for Boracay is the haven for nature escapade. The island is gifted with a lot of marine and wild life. You will see the different faces of the ecosystem. The Boracay has bat caves which is best for adventure and revealing the mysteries of the bats by yourself. The bat cave is found at the north east coast of Yapak This cave is the habitat of small cave bats and giant fruit bats of the island. Travelers that are brave enough to see the bats in the cave usually rent guides usually kids from the nearby town towards the path of the cave. The cave is big and its amazing. If you want to sea the whole view of the island of Boracay you can go to the highest peak or the highest mountain in the place. Mount Luho gives you the opportunity to see Boracay with its equally beautiful white sand beach. Mount Luho is the highest peak of the island and you could go there by a motorcycle.
Another best place for adventure in the island is the Crystal Cove which is a privately develop island that boast good underground snorkeling. It is a treat for those who have the spirit and craving for more adventure. The entrance fee is 75 pesos and you can see jelly fish with their sting in the late in the afternoon. You can also see the Dead forest of the island where nature has been disturbed and it is bounded with a lot of ghost and folk stories. The dead Forest was created when a dam kept off and destroyed the area including the mangroves. The Dead forest is also said to be romantic for couples and many supernatural stories are told when the full moon is near.The Willy rock is the most photograph scene in the island and the scene is really beautiful specially during sunset. There is a Virgin Mary groto on the rock and you can reach there by a ladder. There are many different beach in the island that are also beautiful and these are the Diniwid beach, Beach Combing, Bulabog Beach, White beach, Ilig-iligan beach, Manoc-manoc beach, Puka shell beach and Balanghai beach.
Try to visit also the shell museum of Boracay which is named Kar-tir shell museum. This museum is located at the village of Ilig-iligan. The museum has various collection of sea shellfrom all over the country. They also have numerous number of wood carvings, pottery, hand woven articles and traditional costumes of the native tribes of the Philippines. There are more to see in the museum and trully its educational. It is best for the kids and they will surely learn a lot from the displays and the Philippine natural ecosystem.
